CDISC Training Policies

Private Training Requests

CDISC Private Training allows your organization's team to learn CDISC Standards in collaborative, cohort-based learning groups. Training material and content can be customized for your team's specific needs. For private training requests, please submit the following Private Training Request Form. The CDISC Education team will then provide a quote and set up a time to discuss any customization needs.

Member Credits/Discounts

Please visit the Membership page to confirm membership status. To use your credits, fill out the Member Online Training Credit form. You must acknowledge that your organization's CDISC Member Representative approves the use of the company training credits. Gold members receive 5% of the membership fee credit up to $1,500 and Platinum members receive 10% of the membership fee credit up to $3,000 in online training credits annually to use toward public virtual trainings and on-demand modules/bundles.

For Gold and Platinum members, additional discounts for trainings will apply automatically at checkout.

Registration Process

For most trainings, registration closes 1–2 business days in advance of the start date.

After purchasing a training, you will automatically receive a Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your order number
  • A link to the CDISC Learning Management System (LMS)

You can immediately access the online training materials in the LMS.

If you purchased a virtual training, you will be assigned to your specific virtual Microsoft Teams seminar event within 24 hours.

You will then receive a Training Booking Confirmation Email with:

  • Event details (including the Microsoft Teams meeting link)
  • An iCal attachment

Please Contact Us if you do not receive these emails within 24 hours.

Invoice Requests

The CDISC Finance Team sends out invoices within 1–2 business days of your purchase. The invoice feature will be turned off during CDISC Staff Holidays, including 24 December through 1 January.

Cancellation Policies

CDISC Education may cancel trainings due to low enrollment. If a training is cancelled, we will notify registrants via email at least one week before a virtual training and 30 days before an in-person training. Registrants will receive an email with the following options: transferring registration to another training, receiving training credits to use for a future training, or receiving a refund.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us within one week of a virtual training and 30 days before an in-person training. If the cancellation occurs after designated times mentioned above, a full refund is not guaranteed.

CDISC Education may record virtual training sessions for quality assurance purposes.

IACET Accreditation & CEUs

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has awarded accreditation status to CDISC trainings. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are offered to individuals after the successful completion of a training assessment.
